Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the service provided by the "Penguin Love Type Quiz" (the "Site"). By using the Site, users (each a "User") agree to these Terms.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Site operator concerning use of the Site. By using the Site, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Service description

The Site is a free, entertainment-purpose quiz that expresses your love type as one of sixteen "penguins" based on your answers. Results are not guaranteed to be psychologically or scientifically accurate.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, the User must not engage in any of the following:

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals.
• Reproducing, reposting, altering, redistributing, or commercially using the Site's content (text, illustrations, design, etc.) without the operator's permission.
• Placing an excessive load on the Site's servers or network, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Interfering with the operation of the Site, or otherwise causing disadvantage or harm to third parties.

4. Copyright and intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, penguin illustrations, logos, design, and quiz logic on the Site belong to the operator or rightful rights holders. Users may not use them beyond the scope of private use. You are welcome to use the features that share your result on social media.

5. Disclaimer

• Results on the Site are for entertainment and are not guaranteed to be accurate, useful, or fit for any particular purpose.
• The operator accepts no liability for any damage arising from use of the Site.
• The operator is not responsible for the content of external sites reachable from the Site.
• The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site's content without notice.

6. Advertising

The Site may use third-party advertising services. The handling of advertising is as set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these Terms

The operator may change these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Site, the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
